Journey Map

How can we anticipate Charlotte’s user journey to achieve her goal?

Design Framework

User Flow

I was responsible for designing the dashboard and job application system.

User Scenario

I annotated usability test feedback using the pink arrow

Once Charlotte subscribes, she lands on the platform to begin searching for jobs.

She saves a list of job openings that peaked her interest according to the criteria she set.

After applying to a job that’s been previously saved, she decides to check the progress of her application.

Today is Charlotte’s lucky day, she’s been offered the job!

Metrics

  • Stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome, and our designs have been incorporated into different parts of the website.

  • Increase in user conversion rate

In Retrospect

Thoughts

The end results of the project was successful!

There were a lot of challenges because of miscommunication with the stakeholders. Next time, I’d like to set a more accurate timeline and a main communication system
